Call to book
Our front desk will find a time that works and check your insurance.
Gather what you need
Photo ID, insurance card, a list of your medications, and any recent records.
Arrive 15 minutes early
You will fill out a short health history before seeing the doctor.
Types of visits
- New patient visit
- A 30-minute first visit to get to know you and your health history. Monday to Thursday.
- Wellness exam
- Yearly checkups, screenings and physicals. Monday to Thursday.
- Follow-up visit
- Check in on a condition, test result or treatment. Monday to Friday.
- Urgent visit
- Same-day care when you are sick or hurt. Monday to Saturday.
We accept all major insurance
We accept all major insurance plans, including Medicare. Call us before your visit and our front desk will confirm your coverage, so there are no surprises.

Is Westwood Family Medicine accepting new patients?
Yes. Dr. Le welcomes new patients of all ages, from children to older adults. Call us to book a 30-minute new patient visit, and bring your photo ID, insurance card and a list of your medications.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. Many visits, including follow-ups and some urgent concerns, can be done by video from home. Call us to find out whether a telehealth visit is right for your concern.
