My story
I was born and raised in Vietnam in a disciplined medical family. My father worked as a nurse practitioner and performed surgical procedures, and watching him taught me compassion, dedication, integrity and putting others first.
I moved to the United States at 15 for high school. I earned a degree in chemistry, then graduated from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my family medicine residency at Bluefield Regional Medical Center. My clinical rotations in large hospitals exposed me to a wide range of specialties, and I am committed to evidence-based care that keeps up with new treatments and guidelines.
Outside the clinic, I am a devoted Catholic and cherish time with family and friends. My wife, Lena, is a nurse practitioner student who will be joining the practice to provide women’s care, weight loss management and cosmetic care. Together with our young daughter, Helena, we are building a practice that treats every patient with the love, respect and compassion I learned from my family.
